CITY OF EAST RIDGE FOR VENUE 1921
As a municipality owned venue we require a temp permit to serve/sell alcohol in The City of East Ridge. We understand every venue can be different so we appreciate you growing with us as the City of East Ridge explores a new way to celebrate!
This City of East Ridge Temporary Special Events Application is for EVERY event no matter private/public, etc.
Cost of Application: $50 per event
Cost of background check: $40 done on an annual basis
PLEASE follow the directions.
They can also be dropped off/filled out at City Hall at no charge. City Hall Address: 1517 Tombras Avenue, East Ridge, TN 37412.

Stand Alone Disclosure Regarding Background Check
Items to gather before filling this out:
Name of your client and the event date/times/details for bar.
Owner details for a background check.
General Liability COI/Liquor Liability with “City of East Ridge and Venue 1921 at East Ridge, 1529 Tombras Avenue, 37412” additionally insured for the date.
SITE PLAN-applies if you are serving outside of the building.
Business License # and/or image of permit
**Special Events Permit with TABC for ticketed/non-profit/public or private events with cash bar will be required. Please make sure your client has this. Or, if you have a TABC Liquor by the Drink Catering License you can provide that with this application.
